The products offered by Christobell Candles are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order in whole or in part. We will process your order once you have registered and we have received your payment. All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. The prices quoted by a Christobell Candles Representative or viewed on christobellcandles.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST).
Warning for Use of Candles
Each of our Candles carries a WARNING sticker.This Sticker states
“Failure to follow instructions could result in fire, hazard or injury.Never move a lit candle, always keep out if reach of pets and children. Place the Candle on a stable, heat resistant surface. Avoid exposure to drafts. Never leave a lit Candle unattended.
Caution – Container may become hot. At the end of combustion a variable quantity of Wax may remain. Always store Candles in a cool dry place below 25C and away from direct sunlight.

- Candles are also available at our Retail Partners (refer Tab in our Internet Site). Our Retail Partners carry limited Stock. If your Candle or Diffuser (size or fragrance) is not available you can ask for them to order or you can order online.
No responsibility will be taken for commissions/errors on these Orders. Christobell Candles will provide any missing items.
Price and Payment Methods
- Credit Card – We accept Visa and MasterCard online. Orders are processed immediately.
- PayPal – We accept PayPal. Simply tick this option on checkout and access your PayPal account through our website. This way, your payment will be processed immediately. If you log into your PayPal account through a generic pathway, we will require up to one business day to identify and confirm your payment. Please ensure that you use your invoice number in the PayPal notes and pay us info@christobellcandles.com.au.
- After Pay – We accept Afterpay. Organise your Afterpay payment once received, your goods will be shipped.
- Direct Bank Payment – Direct Bank Payments will be invoiced. The Invoice will contain the Bank Account details for payment. Goods will not be released until clear funds equalling the amount of the Invoice are received.
Afterpay (current as at March 2019 – refer After Pay Website www.afterpay.com for full details. Afterpay is a flexible payment service that allows you to buy the Candles/Diffusers you need and then pay it off in fortnightly installments. It differs from lay by in that the products are shipped to you right away.
Afterpay does not charge interest, however missing an installment results in a $10 fee, if you fail to make the repayment within a week another fee of $7 will be charged.
While they do make money off of late fees Afterpay makes the majority of their revenue from charging us (the wholesaler) to offer you this service.
While there is a limit to the amount you can spend through Afterpay, this limit increases as you build up your credit score from using their service.
How does it work?
1. Choose Afterpay at checkout
Afterpay is seamlessly integrated with our website, all you need to do is choose Afterpay as your payment option at checkout.
2. Quickly create an account using your existing debit or credit card
As mentioned earlier, afterpay is split into four equal installments due each fortnight. Nominate the card you want to use and payments will be scheduled and automatically charged. (Please note: You must be 18 years or older to create an account.)
3. Instant approval
The account is created instantly using the personal details entered and you can continue to use this account to make future purchases.
Refunds
If you request a refund within 120 days of purchase and you have used Afterpay to purchase the goods, you will need to return the goods to Christobell Candles (at your cost) refer Christobell Candles refund Policy for details. We then notify Afterpay of the refund and return full payment to Afterpay. Afterpay will then issue a refund to you.

Warranties and Disclaimers
Thank you for using our products and services of Christobell Candles This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Christobell Candles.
Christobell Candles warrants that their physical goods meet the specifications for all products and that Christobell Candles agrees to replace the product free of charge if the product does not conform to the standards.
Notice for replacement must be given within 14 days of the discovery of the defect and before any use of the Product.
Shipping and Delivery
Whilst all endeavours are made to deliver in line with our Policy we take no responsibility for late Deliveries due to inability to procure ingredients or production issues.
Personal shoppers pay a flat rate delivery fee of $10.80 (excluding bulk orders)
Deliveries – Australia
Christobell Candles offers deliveries to all areas of Australia covered by Australia Post. Goods will be dispatched within 2 – 4 working days and allow 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. All care is always taken with quality control and packaging of our products
Insurance
Insurance is at Buyer risk. Option for Insurance is given at point of Sale.
